Silaverde provides agricultural packaging solutions including silage film, bale netting, and wrap products. All product specifications, including but not limited to dimensions, thickness, and technical properties, are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to modify product specifications without prior notice.

Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. The actual product may vary due to product enhancement or manufacturing variations.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email is not an acceptance of your order, but rather an acknowledgment that we have received it.

Payment terms are specified in the quotation or invoice provided to you. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be made in full before shipment of goods. We accept payment via bank transfer, letter of credit, or other methods as specified in our invoice.

Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of order confirmation. Silaverde is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, force majeure events, or shipping carrier delays.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. It is your responsibility to inspect products upon receipt and report any damages or discrepancies within 7 days of delivery.

Silaverde warrants that products will conform to the specifications provided at the time of order for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty is void if products are not used in accordance with our instructions or are modified or damaged after delivery.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silaverde's liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the products is limited to the replacement of the products or refund of the purchase price. In no event shall Silaverde be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Silaverde and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.

The Silaverde name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of Silaverde Trade Co., Ltd. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jinan, China.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our website or services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
